November. Due to Thanksgiving, some fresh grocery was gone, but if you dig and keep looking, you’ll find what you need, or you can find alternative, generally it’s Fully stocked and always fresh If I gave less than five stars before that means I visited the store at the end of the day where fresh fruits and vegetables were not restocked and not as fresh as in the morning. Lately I tried the start of the day shopping and it was the best shopping experience I have ever had. Everything was fresh and appealing. So I recommend you go early by 9 am. I have to say it’s kind of pricey but I admit the prices are up in all the stores in USA.
Huge selection of international goods and one of my favorite places in Columbus. If you have ever been to Jungle Jim's in Cincinatti, this is a bit of a smaller version. It is still generally bigger than most international stores you find around. All of the coolers and equipment are in good repair. There is a butchers, a bakery, a fish market, and little pocket restaurants to check out. When you check out, grab a box of melon Popsicles, but save me a box!
This place has a really amazing Mexican bakery in the front and a variety of other businesses inside but generally has an extensive variety of products and produce that you can’t find elsewhere in Columbus. The packaged area is grouped by geographical region and they have hard to find spices and frozen goods. This prices are great.
Whether looking for fresh fruits, vegetables, meats or your local regional favorites this is an excellent market to visit. A great selection of cookware and utensils along with spices are also on hand.
This place is like an amusement park! You need a full day to really see everything. Wonderful place to find high quality diverse produce. All kinds of high potency vegetables and fruits. It’s like a healthy big box store! (Shhhh...There’s also sweets! Just sayin )
Excellent international grocery store. They have an incredible selection of hard to find vegetables and fruits, including some I have never seen before, like Bengali squash. They also have a really good selection of fish and meat. The frozen food section has lots of frozen dim sum and lots of other stuff I didn't have time to explore. The aisles are organized by area of the globe, which makes it easy to find specialty items. The yogurt section is great, too. This is my new favorite grocery store in Columbus.
My experience in this market was great. I really enjoyed seeing all the different foods, spices , drinks they offered. All the different cultures are found here from Latin, Caribbean, Asian, Indian, Africa, Middle East and Europe products. I was able to buy a little from every area. Fresh produce, meats, fish and dairy. Being Latino and my wife Filipina we both had items we liked. Definitely will come back and highly recommended to shop here.
Wonderful international store in Columbus. Many countries are represented. So many varieties.
